Since our products are food items, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards. For this reason, our refund and return policy has certain limitations. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return on Opened Food Products

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the pickle jar/packet has been opened or used.

2. Returns (if applicable)

You may return the product only if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
  • The expiry date of the product is already passed upon receiving.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may provide a voucher/discount code instead of a cash refund.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used pickle jars.
  • Products returned after the 3-day window.
  • Items not purchased directly from Sam Food’s official website or authorized sellers.

5. Exchange (if applicable)

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
