- We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- International delivery is currently not available.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery time is usually:
- Lahore & Major Cities: 2–3 working days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days
- Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat rate: Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered on special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (mentioned on the website).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.
5. Damaged or Leaked Parcels
- If you receive a parcel that is damaged, leaked, or opened, please do not accept it from the courier.
- Contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
